11th R BADGE REWARDS Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 11th R Coffee’s “Badge Rewards Program” (the “Badge Rewards Program”). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Badge Rewards Program is open to all customers who create an account on our website.

  • Coupons will be emailed (check spam or whitelist us at info@11thr.coffee).

  • Cannot be bundled with other coupons/loyalty programs at checkout.

​

2. Program Overview

  • The Heroic Badges Program allows participants to earn badges, which unlock rewards, upon completing specific actions related to purchases and engagement.

  • Badges and rewards earned in this Program are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold.

 

3. How to Earn Badges

  • First Heroics Badge: Earned by making the first coffee bag purchase.

  • Steady Fueler Badge: Earned by completing a 3-month coffee subscription purchase.

  • Brew Master Badge: Earned by purchasing brewing gears worth $150 before taxes.

  • Bean Maverick Badge: Earned by purchasing 6 coffee bags, subscriptions excluded.

  • 12th Hour Conqueror Badge: Earned by purchasing 12 coffee bags, subscriptions excluded.

4. Rewards

  • Each badge unlocks unique rewards, which may include discounts, merchandise, or event access. Rewards are as follows:

    • First Heroics Badge: $2 off on your next coffee bag purchase.

    • Steady Fueler Badge: Free 11th R Mug as a gift with your next subscription purchase.

    • Brew Master Badge: $5 off on your next coffee bag purchase.

    • Bean Maverick Badge: $10 off on coffee beans (includes subscriptions) on the next purchase and 1 complimentary access pass to an 11th R event.

    • 12th Hour Conqueror Badge: $10 off site-wide on the next purchase, 11th R Mug as a gift with the next purchase and 2 complimentary access passes to 11th R events.

 

5. Badge Expiry

  • Badges do not expire; however, rewards associated with badges must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance (event tickets excluded).

  • Rewards not redeemed within the specified period will be forfeited (event tickets excluded).

 

6. Limitations

  • Rewards earned through badges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by 11th R Coffee.

 

7. Program Changes

  • 11th R Coffee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice.

  • If the Program is modified, suspended, or terminated, any unused rewards or badges will also be subject to the revised terms or cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permissible by law, 11th R Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Program

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the Heroic Badges Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
